TBonz Restaurant Group will be launching their high volume concept, Liberty Taproom & Grill, in Mount Pleasant in the late fall. After thirteen years of serving the Mount Pleasant community, TBonz Gill & Grill has begun extensive renovations necessary to transform the building into Liberty Taproom & Grill. The new restaurant will feature a raw bar where Kaminsky's was once located. The restaurant concept centers on celebrating the American farmer and the rich bounty they put on our tables. It is a celebration of America's melting pot of rich ethnic cooking styles and innovative handcrafted small batch breweries. A celebration of life, family and the pursuit of happiness.
